Due to the lack of a quorum, the Members present conducted a workshop on the Board of Selectmen’s request for a delineation between the State’s revisions to the Shoreland Zone and the Committee’s recommendations.

B. MINUTES - No Minutes were approved due to the lack of a quorum.

C. OLD BUSINESS

Delineation of the State’s Revisions to the Shoreland Zone and the Committee’s Recommendations – At this time, Messrs. Cashin and Meyer referenced the State of Maine’s Guidelines for Municipal Shoreland Zoning Ordinances (the green covered book) which was used in amending the Shoreland Zone of the Acton Zoning Ordinance and compared it to the revisions made to the July 2, 2009 version of the Acton Zoning Ordinance which has not been adopted at a Town Meeting at this time.

The revisions to the Shoreland Zone begin in Article 5, page 59, of the July 2, 2009 proposed amendments to the Acton Zoning Ordinance.

The work this evening began at page 59 and ended at page 70 and will be continued at the Committee’s Meeting of February 3, 2010.

F. ADJOURNMENT - The workshop was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
