No Minutes were approved.
C. OLD BUSINESS
Continued Work on Article 5 – State and Committee Revisions in the Shoreland Zone – At this time, the Committee continued reviewing the work on the amendments to the Shoreland Zone contained in the July 2, 2009 version of the Acton Zoning Ordinance while referring to the State of Maine’s Guidelines for Municipal Shoreland Zoning Ordinances by delineating what is required by the State and what the Committee revised. The work began on page 62 – Filling, Grading or Other Earth Moving Activity
Mr. Cashin explained the color legend to the group and how the text was designated.
At this time, the Committee made the following revisions to their previously amended work:
1. A Motion was made and seconded to insert Article 5.6 – Filling, Grading or Other Earth Moving Activity on pages 62 and 63 which previously had been deleted from the July 2, 2009 version of the proposed Acton Zoning Ordinance. Trafton/ Meyer – Unanimous.
2. A Motion was made and seconded to amend Article 5.20.17.3, the fifth line on page 107 as follows:
“…area equivalent to an amount of rainfall in a 50 100 year storm, so…”
Moore/DeBoer – Unanimous
2320.4 on page 110 as follows
“e. Subdivisions of ten lots or greater that are deed restricted for use by elderly residents (Ages 55 or older).”
Moore/Martin – 4/2 (Mr. Meyer and Ms DeBoer.
D. NEW BUSINESS
There was no new business.
There was no other business to come before the Committee.
F. ADJOURNMENT
The Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM.
