B. MINUTES

June 10, 2010 - A Motion was made and seconded to approve the Minutes of the June 10, 2010 Meeting as submitted. Moore/Meyer – Unanimous

C. OLD BUSINESS

There was no old business to come before the Committee.

D. NEW BUSINESS

Discussion with Ted Kryzak, Selectman – Mr. Cashin advised the Committee that he had invited Ted Kryzak, the newly elected Selectman, to come in this evening so that they might have the opportunity to explain the work they have done over the past four years and specifically what has been done since the June, 2008 Annual Town Meeting when the Town voted to accept the revisions made to the Zoning Ordinance up to that time. He thanked Mr. Kryzak for being here this evening and explained the purpose for his requesting that he meet with the Committee is to give him an overview of their work over the last few years.

At this time, Mr. Cashin, with the assistance of the other Committee Members, gave Mr.Kryzak an overview of what their charge is, how they tackled the work and what references and assistance from SMRPC they used. They also answered whatever questions Mr. Kryzak had during their presentation. At the end of the discussion, the Committee thanked Mr. Kryzak for coming in and asked for his cooperation with the next group of revisions and amendments that will be brought before the voters in November..

There was no new business to come before the Committee.

F. OTHER BUSINESS

There was no other business to come before the Committee.

G. ADJOURNMENT

The Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
