A. ROLL CALL – 7:00

B. MINUTES

September 16, 2009 – A Motion was made and seconded to approve the Minutes of September 16, 2009 as submitted. Moore/Meyer – 5/1 – Abstention (Ms DeBoer as she was not present for the Meeting).

C. OLD BUSINESS

1. Aquifer Protection Zone - The Committee reviewed their previous work for the proposed Aquifer Protection Zone and finalized the provisions for that area.

2. Boundary Delineations – The Committee received the revised proposed delineations to the Village and Transition Zones which they will review and discuss at the next Meeting.

3. Delineating the State Mandates and the Committee’s Recommendations in the Shoreland Zone – The Committee had a brief discussion concerning the most expeditious method of satisfying the Board of Selectmen’s request that they differentiate between what the State is mandating in the Shoreland Zoning portion of the Ordinance and what the Committee is recommending.

Mr. Moore suggested using different highlighters to indicate what was mandated by the State and what the Committee recommended once the final Ordinance is printed.

D. NEW BUSINESS - There was no new business to come before the Committee.

E. OTHER BUSINESS - There was no other business to come before the Committee.

F. ADJOURNMENT - The Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM.
