GA ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARING AND VOTE FOR ADOPTION: Nancy opened the hearing to the public. Lorraine showed those present the areas where benefits have been increased slightly. The hearing was then closed. On a motion by Tony, Appendixes A-C were adopted.

(B) RESOLUTION ON TABOR - ELEVEN TOWNS:

Nancy reported that she and Chip attended the Eleven Town meeting on regionalization of a regulatory subdivision review board. While in some ways this might be helpful, all towns involved would have to have the same criteria and most local control would be lost. The Eleven Town Group has requested that the selectmen vote their position on TABOR. The three selectmen voted their opposition with a unanimous vote.
