SELECTMEN’S MEETING

January 9, 2007

1. PUBLIC FORUM:

 

Joan Nass has asked for a link to the web page for legislative updates. Selectmen gave Roux permission to issue her a password.

 

Roux reported that Sandra and Maria are proof reading the policy up dates.

 

Sandra will be asked to do a rough draft for an Adult Entertainment Ordinance.

 

Roux requested selectmen sign a letter of apology to Lori Cartwright. An abatement was issued last year but entered wrongly on the computer, causing some distress to Cartwright when late payment notices were sent to her.

She gave selectmen a list of those to be served.
