SALUTE TO THE FLAG:

1.  APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Approved as amended to include Buzzell Road under old business.

2.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST MEETING: Approved as written and the August 12 minutes were approved as amended.

3.  WARRANT: Signed previously.

4.  OLD BUSINESS:

Buzzell Road. Larissa read the latest memo from MMA .     

 5.  NEW BUSINESS:

1. COMMENTS FRON THE PUBLIC: Dennis Long asked what the status of plowing Buzzell Road is. Larissa said she will look into the action for prescriptive use. Karl Hodgdon and Scott Dunham both reiterated statements that they have made before relative to their belief that the lower part of Buzzell and part of Lakeside Drive is Town Way.

 6. ANNOUNCEMENTS: The Apple Festival is Saturday, September 18. There will also be a plant swap at the Mary Grant Nature Preserve.

 7. ADJOURNMENT: Adjourned at 7:27 pm.
