1.  APPROVAL OF AGENDA:  Approved as written.

 

2.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST MEETING: Approved as written

3. OLD BUSINESS: ACTION ON LIQUOR LICENSE: On a motion by Ted, the license for Iron Tails Saloon was signed.

4. NEW BUSINESS:

 

 

(1) MASS GATHERING PERMITS: Selectmen approved a permit for Brandy Senecal for the

Girl Scouts to be at the Acton Fairgrounds for an Art/Crafts exhibit, not open to the public. Also a

permit was approved for the Sanford Lion’s Club to hold a yard sale and auction with food on

sale, on June 11. On a motion by Ted, fees were waived for both permits.

 

(2): RESIGNATION OF DAVID JONES FROM PLANNING BOARD: David Jones resignation from the Planning Board was read and accepted.

 

5. OTHER BUSINESS: Marian Elliott reported over $900.00 has been received for the chair fund.

 

 

6. ANNOUNCEMENTS:     Postponement of Fire/Rescue merger
