1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Approved as written

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST MEETING: Approved as written

4. NEW BUSINESS: None

a. Make recommendations on warrant: Selectmen recommend “Approval as written” for all warrant articles.

b. Open bids for Tax Acquired property sale: No bids were received. Will go back out to bid with a minimum of $5,000.

c. First reading Debit Card Policy: Ted read the policy. Action to be taken next meeting.

d. Iron Tails Liquor License: Greg Martinez was not present to answer questions so action was postponed until next meeting.

e. Sign Municipal Warrant: The Warrant was signed.

f. Authorization for the Acton Shapleigh Historical Society to apply for grants for the Town of Acton to assist in maintaining the Lincoln School: On a motion by Ed, authorization was voted.

5. OTHER BUSINESS: None

6. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Volunteers needed for 1 member and 1 Alternate member of Saco River Corridor Commission, 2 Alternate Warrant and Finance Committee members.

Election and Town Meeting will be June 11 from 8am to 8pm and June 15 at 9am at the Acton Elementary School.

The Town Hall will be closed on June 15.
