1.         APPROVAL OF AGENDA:  Approved as written.

2.         APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST MEETING:  Approved as written.

3.         OLD BUSINESS: None

4.         NEW BUSINESS:

a. Open Proposals for Transfer Station:  The following proposals were read:

                            D&E                       Atlantic          Troiano                      Oceanside

3 year rental:   $11, 950 per year                             $1025 month               $917 month

5 year rental:                                                             $700                            $550

Purchase:          $15,000                    $24,985                     

Haul:                $250                                                  $210                            $275

Fuel surcharge:  Exact cost over $4.50                    $13 over $5                 $12 based on $4

 

2 Containers:  $1040

 

On a motion by Ed it was voted to send the bids to Bob Mann for his recommendation. The bid will be awarded next meeting.

 

b. Sign Quit Claim Deed: On a motion by Bill, the deed was signed. Ted reported that all the foreclosed upon properties with buildings on them have been repurchased by the original owners. There are 2 parcels of land that will be sold.

6.         ANNOUNCEMENTS:  

Special Town Meeting Results:  With 16 voting residents present, both articles passed .

Nomination Papers: Nomination papers are now available for the June Town meeting .

OWLS:  Please note there is a change in the OWLS luncheon date for March. It will be held on Tuesday, the 18th

Report Update: The Town report is now being proof read and should be ready for publication next week.

Budget Workshop: Workshop: is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at .

School Budget Update: School vote will be April 22 for the new budget and April 29 for ratification.
