SALUTE TO THE FLAG

1.         APPROVAL OF AGENDA:  Approved as written.

2.         APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST MEETING:  Approved as written.

3.         OLD BUSINESS: None  

4.         NEW BUSINESS:

a. Open legal bids: The follow bids were received :

            Bourque and Clegg                 $140 per hour

            Lenkowski                              $170 per hour for litigation  $150 for other

            Bergen, Parkinson                   $170 per hour all services  $90 for para-legal

            Jensen, Baird                           $175 all services  $85 for para-legal

 

Selectmen will plan to make follow up calls next week and make their decision at the next meeting.

 

b. Iron Tails Liquor License: A public hearing will nebe held on Thursday, April 17 at 6pm.

5.         OTHER BUSINESS:  A Mass Gathering permit was voted approval for Charles Taylor  for July 5, 2014 at 4 Hopper Road.

6.         ANNOUNCEMENTS:  Lawn Care Bid specifications were read by Ed.

            School Budget Meeting is April 22 at 6pm at the school. Voting on April 29 at the Town Hall. Polls open from 8am to 8pm.

            Property Taxes Due April 15, 2014.

            Town Report  has gone to  the Printer.

The Transfer Station will be closed May 7 for worker training classes.
