SPECIAL EMERGENCY SELECTMEN’S MEETING

TOWN OF ACTON

            Chairman Kryzak indicated that this would be tabled until November 5's meeting.

 

3.         DEPARTMENT HEAD / COMMITTEE CHAIR UPDATES

            N/A

5.         NEW BUSINESS:

            A.        Sign Updated S.T.M. Warrant for November 10, 2015

            Chairman Kryzak explained that the Town's Constable was unavailable to post the warrant calling for the Special Town Meeting on November 10; thus the need for this Emergency Board Meeting.  Per State Law warrants calling for a special town meeting must be addressed to the constable or resident posting said document.  With that said, Selectmen Walsh made a motion to sign an updated warrant addressed to resident James J. Driscoll; seconded by Selectmen Shields.  All in  favor, motion carried 3-0.  Chairman Kryzak wished to thank Mr. Driscoll for his willingness to serve.
