Pam asked about the procedure to follow relative to getting rid of a paper road. It was suggested that she get a copy of the original subdivision from the Registrar of Deeds and check with the CEO and Planning Board. Secondly, Pam needs a list of property owners with valuations and taxes for her to be able to assess road association dues. This information can be obtained through Jennifer or Lorraine. Thirdly, Pam asked information on how to submit a warrant article. Selectmen said bring it to them for approval first. If they approve, they will put it on the warrant. If not, it must be circulated as a petition, with a minimum number of signers. It must be a legal article to be accepted.
