A. Appointment of Interim District 2 Road Commissioner

Town Administrator Jennifer Roux caught the public and Board up on how we got to today's meeting and the need for it. With the resignation of Winchell Jr. it was necessary to appoint an interim until applications could be properly received and reviewed. Mr. Langley is qualified to do this position and has offered to assist temporarily. Mr. Langley has all necessary insurances, completed paperwork and is in an approved drug testing program. Motion made by Kim Stacey-Horn to appoint David Langley Jr. as interim road commissioner for district 2 until Nov 18th; seconded by Elise Miller, motion carried. Appointment signed.
