CALL MEETING TO ORDER / PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

2. TOWN ADMINISTRATOR WEEKLY UPDATE

Selectmen David Winchell made a motion to approve the agenda; Selectmen Kimberly Stacey-Horn seconded. No discussion All in favor. So moved.

3. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING

Selectmen Kimberly Stacey-Horn made a motion to approve the minutes for July 10, 2019; Selectmen Dave Winchell seconded. No discussion All in favor. So moved.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION

Motion made by David Winchell at 6:02; seconded by Kimberly Stacey-Horn to move into Executive Session pursuant to M.R.S.A. 14056a personnel matter. All in favor.

Motion made by Kimberly Stacey-Horn to come out of Executive Session pursuant to M.R.S.A. 14056a personnel matter at 7:10 pm; seconded by David Winchell. All in favor.

5. TOWN ADMINISTRATOR WEEKLY UPDATE

- Will Langley Road Commissioner gave next project to Town Administrator, who will email

to the Board.

- Fire Rescue Commission - Job Descriptions were passed from Town Administrator to Selectmen Winchell; Commission needs to review before Monday.

- D6 - Due to family issue, nothing further has been done.

- Balch Lake Gate - Waiting to hear on prices, tabled until received.

- Parking Lot - Tabled

- H.R.Smith Legal and Fixed Asset Letters - Town Administrator notified Board signatures were needed tonight.

- Recreation Sign Ups for Soccer are open until Friday; forms are located at Town Hall.

- Acton Farm to Table Event - To be posted.

- Update zoning Ordinance

- Rabies Bite in Acton - To be posted.

- Sheriff King introduced Deputy Gregg Sevigny

- Introduction of Gerald Intonti, Animal Control Officer
