A. Executive Session pursuant 405 6 A

A motion was made by Selectmen David Winchell to go into Executive Session pursuant to M.R.S.A. 405 6A; seconded by Selectmen Kimberly Stacey-Horn. No discussion. All in favor.

A motion was made by David Winchell at 7:27 pm to come out of Executive Session; seconded by Selectmen Kimberly Stacey-Horn. No discussion. All in favor.

Outcome of Executive Session:

Selectmen David Winchell made a motion to terminate the employment of the Animal Control Officer pursuant to the probationary status set forth and the Town of Acton's Personnel policy effective immediately and sign this letter addressed to him; seconded by Selectmen Kimberly Stacey-Horn. No discussion. All in favor.

The Town is now in need of an Animal Control Officer, if anyone is interested please let the Town Administrator Jennifer Roux know. The same phone number is still in effect for Animal Control as it is being monitored.
