A.         Executive Session Title 1 405 E - Communications with Legal

Ed Walsh made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to Title 1 405 E, seconded by David Winchell Jr. Motion Carried. Motion made to come out of executive session by Ed Walsh at 5:21 pm, seconded by David Winchell Jr. Motion Carried.

B.         Executive Session Title 1 405 - 6 A-1 Personnel Matter

Ed Walsh made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to Title 1 405 6 A-1, seconded by David Winchell Jr. Motion Carried. Motion made to come out of executive session by David Winchell Jr. at 5:45  pm, seconded by Ed Walsh. Motion Carried.

C. Resignation
Ed Walsh made a motion to accept the resignation of the Deputy Code Officer with regrets, seconded by David Winchell Jr. Motion Carried.

D. Resignation.
David Winchell Jr. made a motion to accept the resignation of the Code Officer with regrets, seconded by Ed Walsh. Motion Carried.

The Board directed the Town Administrator to move forward with advertising the Code Officer position.
