SELECTMEN'S MEETING

NOVEMBER 25, 2008

            1. SALUTE TO THE AMERICAN FLAG

2. APROVAL OF AGENDA: Approved as written.

3. APROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST  MEETING: Approved as written.

4. WARRANT: Approved and signed.

5. OLD BUSINESS:

           

(a) ASSESSING: Joe will be in the office December 5.

                       

6.  NEW BUSINESS:

            (A) FOIA ACTON POLICY REVISIONS: Tony presented some changes he would like to have made in the Town of Acton's policy. He requested that Lorraine type them into the policy and have it ready for them to discuss and vote on at the next meeting.

            Dick Neal noted the need to purchase new flags. Mike said he believed the flags are being tattered from blowing on the edge of the roof.

            Mike asked that the Christmas tree not be placed next to the building because it is a fire hazard.  John Moore said he has a blue spruce that he is willing to donate.

7.   Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
