SELECTMEN'S MEETING

MARCH 5,  2009

1. SALUTE TO THE AMERICAN FLAG

2. APROVAL OF AGENDA: Approved as written.

3. APROVAL OF MINUTES OF LAST MEETING: Approved as written.

4. SIGNING WARRANTS: Approved and signed.

5  OLD BUSINESS: No action.

6.  NEW BUSINESS:

Barbara Seckar asked when the Cable Committee will be appointed. Nancy said as soon as they have willing volunteers. On a motion by Tony, Barbara Seckar and Anna Williams were appointed.

Karl noted that he has not been given an explanation for why the figures given to him by the   auditor are different from the ones Nancy gave him. Nancy said they will have to get the Treasurer to contact the auditor if the figures do not agree.
