Tony reported he has checked out copier leases and feels the best deal is with Xerox. He suggested they get the Town Clerk’s office the same machine that is in the selectmen’s office.

David Cote was present with more information on the Great East Canal Bridge. Nancy Mayville, NH Municipal Highways Engineer, notified Cote that a plan was in process for a preliminary estimate for improvement of the bridge. It is possible that NH, Wakefield, Maine and Acton could share the cost. Cote urged selectmen to contact MDOT as soon as possible to discuss this.

 

6. NEW BUSINESS:

Vickie reported that by January 1, accounts payable will be through TRIO.
