PUBLIC INPUT REQUESTED : COMCAST 03-19-25

The Town of  Acton Select Board will review the CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT with Comcast at their Wednesday, March 19, 2025 meeting for possible acceptance.  A member of Comcast will be available to answer any questions property owners may have.  A copy of the agreement can be found online or obtained in the Clerk's Office, or by CLICKING HERE.

PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED 03-19-2025

The Town of Acton Select Board will hold a public hearing on the following proposed ordinances: 1)      Forestry – Conservation Ordinance 2)      Emergency Management Ordinance Wednesday, March 19th, 2025 at 6:00pm Copies of said ordinances are available in the Town Clerk's Office and will be available later today at www.actonmaine.gov.

NOMINATION PAPERS (2025)

Town of Acton Nomination Papers Nomination papers for the following seats are now available in the Town Clerk's Office and must be returned no later than 4:00pm on Friday, April 11, 2025, with a minimum of 25, but no more than 100 signatures of registered Acton voters.  The Election of Officers will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, absentee ballots will be available Friday, May 9, 2025.
