The Town of Acton is seeking bids for the transportation of two demo containers to the greater Portland/Westbrook area.
Currently the Town of Acton is renting 2 – 40-yard containers and has the need for up to three hauls per week.
The winning bidder must offer the rental of two containers.
The chosen company will be required to be on call as needed on a weekly basis.
When returning your bid, please separate and itemize the rental fee and price per haul fee.
The winning contactor must also have all applicable insurances, including workers compensation and liability.
The Town of Acton will entertain a 1–3-year contract, please specify the length of the contract your company will offer and any changes in the rates past the first year.
Sealed bids must be received by 4:00pm on February 5, 2025.
